This format opens up a lot more training options for us within the sessions themselves so we can continue to make sessions innovative, fun and appropriately challenging to each and every person in the class. Sound SUPER right!!!

BHive Burner Sessions are an intense 30min session designed to get you working with a High Intensity Interval training (HiiT) style, a heap of calories will be burnt in this session with new challenges thrown at you each week from our caoches!

Introducing our newest class addition - Strongman/woman classes will be held each Sunday from 10-11am.
We will be coaching you through strongman basic and specific movements including: Log Press, Atlas Stones,
Axle Bar Deadlift/Press, Monster DB as well Yoke and Farmers Walk.
This class incorporates many eliments of strength and is designed to introduce participants to the world of Strongman and specialised strength training.
If your not a fan of big group classes or looking more for a private small group setting with a few training partners and your very own coach we offer many options and times to get you the results you want.
From trying your hand at various forms of strength training and strength sports to just getting the coaching you need to reach your goals our highly experienced and results driven coaches are here to help.
We can introduce you to Powerlfiting, Weightlifting, Strongman/woman or even body building style training techniques in a very cost effective shared personal training setting.
