*Access to BSFG Members Only FaceBook Support Group Included – GST Inclusive – no sign up or cancellation fees **All Cancellations and downgrade of memberships require 30 Days Notice with a submitted form in person at our facility, NO cancellations or suspensions will be accepted or processed over the phone, text message or email this is our official policy which all members must agree to upon signing with us. Suspensions require 2 weeks written notice with form submission. We do not charge any extra fees for cancellations or suspensions outside of any owing membership amounts, cancellations and suspensions will not be processed until all arrears are paid. All personal training sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited if prepaid or you will be charged the full amount at your next visit. All Direct Debit Memberships are governed by EziDebit and so you are agreeing to all terms and conditions as stated by EziDebit as per their policy including a $1.20/transaction fee and $5.50 one off admin fee on the first payment. Bounced payment fees apply and all fees are payable by the member upon entering into a membership agreement.
