CLASS THEMES

Monday

Full Body Blitz is a full body workout designed to wake up every part of your body. Using body weight, weights, and fitness movements to ensure people are starting their week on a high.

Tuesday

Upper Body Burner is a fitness based upper body workout designed to tone and strengthen the upper body whilst keeping your heart rate up and burning calories.

Wednesday

Fitness HITT is a high energy fitness-based session designed to hit your cardiovascular system and leave you feeling energised and ready to go for the end of the week. This session uses mainly body weight movements, but coaches have been known to bring in Medballs and KBs from time-to-time 😊.

Thursday

Lower Body Burner is a fitness based lower body workout. It’s designed to tone and strengthen the lower body whilst keeping your heart rate up and burning calories.

Friday

Learn a skill – Full Body Blitz, a full body workout designed to wake up every part of your body. Using body weight, weights, and fitness movements to ensure people are finishing off their week on a high.

Saturday and Sunday

Weekends are Coaches choice. Expect to work hard and leave feeling stronger and fitter. You might even come across some fitness and strength games and mini comps.
